ई–मित्र केंद्र सेवायें:-

  • जन-आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड व आधार कार्ड
  • जाति प्रमाण पत्र, निवास प्रमाण पत्र  एवं आय प्रमाण पत्र
  • यूटिलिटी बिल पेमेंट सेवायें: मोबाइल रिचार्ज बिल, बिजली बिल व  पानी के बिल का भुगतान आदि 
  • सेल परमिशन आवेदन पत्र
  • पानी जमा करने हेतु टैंक सब्सिडी आवेदन
  • रोजगार के लिए आवेदन
  • सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी
  • फॉर्म डाउनलोड करने की सुविधा

तो अब हम खुद का eMitra कैसे खोले व इसके लिए कैसे सही eMitra LSP का चयन करें, इसके बारे में विस्तार से जान लेते है:-

सबसे पहले स्वयं का eMitra Kiosk खोलने के लिए आपके पास पंजीकरण आईडी होना अनिवार्य हैं जो की एक पंजीकरण संख्या (अद्वितीय टोकन आईडी) हैं, इसके लिए आपको eMitra LSP के माध्यम से खुद को ऑनलाइन पंजीकृत करवाना होगा|

यह पोर्टल राजस्थान सरकार के द्वारा किसी भी कंपनी को दिया जाने वाला एक प्रोजेक्ट है जिसमे सभी सरकारी सेवाओं का काम होता है, सरकार के नियमानुसार ई-मित्र आम लोगों को प्रदान किया जाता है | 

LSP कंपनी एक eMitra सर्विस प्रोवाइडर कंपनी है जो सरकार से लाइसेंस लेकर eMitra पॉर्टल पर कार्य करती है व आगे ई-मित्र किओस्क देकर कार्य करवाती है, यदि आप अपने क्षेत्र में ई-मित्र केंद्र संचालित करना चाहते है तो उसके लिए आपको एक बेहतर LSP कंपनी के साथ जुड़ना होगा |

LSP कंपनी का कार्य अधिक से अधिक eMitra कियोस्क / eMitra शॉप संचालित करना है ताकि Govt. से सम्बंधित सेवाएं आमजन तक पहुंचे व साथ ही लोगों की बेरोजगारी की समस्या को दूर किया जा सके!

  • किसी नयी सेवा के बारे में जानकारी देनी हो या प्रशिक्षित करना हो तो VC के द्वारा भी पोर्टल को देखा जाता है व पोर्टल से सम्बंधित Training प्रदान दी जाती है|
  • किसी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी या गलत कार्य नहीं हो, उसके लिए VC के द्वारा समय-समय पर औचक निरक्षण के माध्यम से निगरानी रखी जाती है| 
  • इस पोर्टल के तहत, राज्य में ई-मित्र कियोस्क बैंकिंग सेवाओं के माध्यम से लोग अपने भामाशाह / जन-आधार खाते में प्राप्त राशि की निकासी आसानी से कर सकते है।

eMitra कीओस्क आईडी के लिए कैसे आवेदन करे:

eMitra Kiosk-ID लेने के लिए पहले आपको यह जाँच करनी होगी कि आपके क्षेत्र में कुल कितनी LSP कंपनी काम कर रही है यह आपको ऑनलाइन व नजदीकी eMitra से पता चल जायेगा | उसके बाद आपको LSP कंपनी के द्वारा eMitra कीओस्क के लिए आवेदन करना होगा, जहाँ आपको LSP कंपनी द्वारा दी गयी eMail-ID पर सारे दस्तावेज व आवेदन फॉर्म भर कर जमा करवाना होगा या आप ये कार्य eMitra LSP ऑफिस में जाकर भी कर सकते है|

इस पूरी प्रक्रिया के बाद आपके रजिस्टर किये गए मोबाइल नंबर पर LSP कंपनी द्वारा कॉल की सहायता से ई-मित्र पोर्टल शुरू करवा दिया जायेगा एवं कार्य करने की पूरी Training दी जाएगी|

ई–मित्र के लिए कौन–कौन से उपकरण होने जरुरी है:-

  • कंप्यूटर
  • प्रिंटर
  • कंप्यूटर डेस्क टेबल
  • बायोमैट्रिक फिंगरप्रिंट स्केनर
  • एक इंटरनेट कनेक्शन
  • बाइंडिंग मशीन
  • लेमीनेशन मशीन

राजस्थान में ई–मित्र सेवा लेने के लिए क्या पात्रताएँ होनी चाहिए:-

  • लाभार्थी राजस्थान का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए|
  • इस योजना में केवल राजस्थान के निवासी ही आवेदन कर सकते है।  
  • eMitra Login आईडी प्राप्त करने के लिए व्यक्ति की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
  • इंटरनेट एवं कंप्यूटर की Basic Knowledge होनी चाहिए।  
  • ई-मित्र सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए एक पर्याप्त जगह होनी चाहिए|
  • आवेदक 10वीं पास होना चाहिए|

ई मित्र लेने के लिए कौनसे दस्तावेज आवश्यक है?

  • 10वीं की अंकतालिका
  • आधार कार्ड
  • पैन कार्ड
  • भामाशाह कार्ड
  • बैंक पासबुक
  • Police Verification/चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र (6 महीने से ज्यादा पुराना न हो)
  • जन-आधार कार्ड 
  • पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो 
  • एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म
  • मोबाईल नंबर एवं ई-मेल आईडी
  • शॉप का किरायानामा या बिजली का बिल (यदि दुकान खुद की है)

तो इस तरह से आप eMitra Kiosk के लिए आवेदन कर सकते है |

अब eMitra Kiosk के माध्यम से आप पैसा कैसे कमाएं या अपने महीने की Income कैसे बढ़ाएं:-

eMitra राजस्थान की मदद से आप प्रतिमाह अच्छी कमाई कर सकते है यदि आप eMitra की सेवाओं के अतिरिक्त फोटोकॉपी, PVC Print या अन्य सेवाएं भी eMitra Kiosk में देना शुरू कर दे तो आप ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में पैसे जमा कराने, निकासी करने, इंश्योरेंस व टिकट बुकिंग की सेवा प्रदान करने से आप महीने में 50,000/- से 1 लाख रुपए तक अपनी आमदनी बढ़ा सकते हैं।
