BSTC Exam 2022 Pattern & Syllabus
BSTC Exam Pattern
The Pre D.El.Ed entrance exam is a pen-and-paper based test where candidates have to mark answers in an OMR sheet with a blue or black ballpoint pen. The exam will have a total of 200 multiple-choice questions from the following four sections:

Marking Scheme – Three marks will be awarded to every correct response, and there will be no negative marking.
Syllabus for Rajasthan BSTC 2022
Mental Ability – Reasoning, Discrimination, Analysis, Relationship, and Logical Thinking.
General Awareness of Rajasthan – Political Aspect, Geographical Aspect, Historical Aspect, Economic Aspect, Social Aspect, Folk Aspect, Tourism Aspect, and Art, Culture, Literature Aspect.
Teaching Aptitude – Teaching Learning, Creativity, Leadership Quality, Professional Attitude, Social Sensitivity, and Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation.
Language Ability:
English – Comprehension, Spotting Errors, Prepositions, Narration, Articles, Connectives, Correction of Sentences, Kind of Sentences, Sentence Completion, Vocabulary, Tense, Synonyms, Antonyms, Spelling Errors, One-word Substitution.
Hindi – Shabd Gyan, Paryayvachi Shabd, Vilom Shabd, Yugm Shabd, Vakya Shabd, Shuddhikaran, Sandhi, Samaas, Upsarg, Pratyay, Vakyaansh ke liye ek sarthak shabd, Muhavare evam kahavaten.
Sanskrit – Swar, Vyanjan, Shabd Roop, Dhaturoop, Upsarg evam Pratyay, Sandhi, Sams, Ling evam Vachan, Vibhaktiyan evam karak gyan.
BSTC Exam 2022 Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for the Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed exam are specified by the official authority. Candidates must meet the conditions to apply for the exam. Here are the details for age limit, qualifying exam, etc.
Age Limit (as of 1st July 2022)
Candidates must not be more than 28 years of age. However, relaxation in the age limit will be provided to those belonging to reserved categories.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent level examination with at least 50% (45% for reserved categories) marks.
- Those appearing in the class 12th examination in 2022 are also eligible to apply for the exam. However, such candidates must attain the minimum percentage required at the time of counselling.

BSTC Exam 2022 Application Process
The application process for the BSTC entrance exam is online. The last date for application submission is yet to be announced. Candidates are advised to fill out the application form well in time to avoid the last-minute rush. Here is the detailed procedure.
Steps for Filling the BSTC Application Form
- Visit the official website at https://predeled.com/ and click on the ‘Registration (New Candidates) link.
- Enter your name, father’s name, mother’s name, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth and captcha. Then, click the ‘Submit’ button.
- After registration, change the password. Now, log in using the application number and password.
- Select the exam center, enter other basic details such as gender, aadhaar card number, marital status, category details, etc.
- Upload the scanned images of your photograph and signature.
- Enter address and academic details.
- Preview the application form and verify all details.
- Select the payment mode and make the application fee payment.
- Take a print of the filled-in application form.
